Welcome to the dance! This is a warm welcoming space where you can move your body, lift your spirit, open your heart, and shake your soul.

Join Us: Sunday mornings @ 10:30am (MOUNTAIN TIME)

The Flow:

• Show up virtually from your own sacred space (5 minutes before class).

• Our bodies are moved through a gentle warm-up.

• We are danced through the energy centers of the body, into basic yoga poses + playful movement, high energy expression + heartfelt connection, and deep relaxation.

• We close our dance with Gratitude.

• We leave feeling Alive + Awake + Invigorated + Inspired!

• Until we Dance again.

The Logistics:

• Please register in Advance for this class and Make a Donation (minimum $10, pay what you can, there is absolutely no judgement here).

• You will receive the ZOOM link information via email before your class begins.

• Those who have registered and paid for multiple classes will automatically receive the ZOOM link information.

• Please consider registering (if possible) the day before the class you wish to take. REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE 1 HOUR BEFORE CLASS TIME. If you wait to register until the last minute, you will not get into class.

• Please arrive to the class 5 minutes before start time :-)

***Cancelation Policy: If you need to cancel, please do so 2 hours before your scheduled class in order to receive a refund or credit. Thank you!
